By accessing CabinGig Venue Co. pages, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the planning tools or submit an inquiry.
2. Catalog information
Venue names, capacities, rates, access notes, and amenities are provided for early planning. They are not a final offer, guarantee of availability, occupancy approval, or substitute for a written venue agreement. Details can change and must be confirmed before an event.
3. Planning tools
Fallows and cart features are browser-based planning aids. They do not reserve a venue, process payment, create a booking, or establish a commercial relationship. Quantities in the cart represent planning selections only.
4. Inquiries and communications
You agree to provide accurate contact information and to use the inquiry form for legitimate event-planning purposes. CabinGig may decline requests that are unlawful, unsafe, misleading, or outside our ability to support.
5. Intellectual property
The CabinGig Venue Co. name, written content, interface, and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may browse and use the site for personal or organizational planning, but may not copy, republish, scrape, or commercially redistribute materials without permission.
6. Availability and liability
The website is provided on an availability basis. To the extent permitted by law, CabinGig is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on preliminary listing information, interrupted access, third-party venue actions, or events outside reasonable control.
7. Governing terms and changes
A final rental agreement will control any confirmed venue engagement. We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version with a new effective date. Questions should be sent to [email protected].
